WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY

Lourdes Kids does not collect your personal data unless you comment, subscribe to our newsletter or register to our website to buy from the online shop.

We may use your personal data to provide and improve our website and services; to process transactions you request; to inform you about our products and services and those of our promotional partners; and to bring you customized content (such as newsletters) based on your activity in connection with the service. We believe that you’ll anyway return to us if you like our product and concept, no need to push you.

Users may access, remove, review, and/or make changes to their Personal Data by following the instructions found on the website. In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Lourdes Kids e-mail. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases. Users cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account with Lourdes Kids.

COMMENTS

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

CONTACT FORMS

To subscribe to our newsletter, you fill a contact form where only the email address is compulsory. The confirmation of the email address is needed to finally start to receive news from us.

COOKIES

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
