The delivery time –if the product is in stock– 2-5 working days from the day after the order is placed.

For products which temporarily out of stock (custom-made products), the seller will send an e-mail notification of the expected delivery time to the e-mail address provided by the user in the order. In the light of the expected delivery time, the User shall be entitled to decide whether to continue to place an order.

If, in the light of the expected delivery time, the user decides not to maintain his order, he has the right to withdraw from the contract, but must send his withdrawal to the seller no later than 24 hours after “receipt” of the information on the expected delivery time. If the user is in default in sending this notice of withdrawal, the seller shall be liable to compensate all the damage suffered by the user as a result.

The User acknowledges that if the User does not expressly notify the Seller of its intention to withdraw within the time limit specified, the Seller shall consider the expected delivery time as accepted and shall arrange for the purchase of the product.

Custom-made products ordered individually can be returned only and exclusively due to a quality defect in the manufacturing process.

In all cases, the costs of re-delivery due to the failure of the delivery due to the fault of the user shall be borne by the user.
