All products displayed on the webshop as “available” can be purchased on www.lourdeskids.com.

With LOURDES there is a possibility for tailor-made orders. In this option you are invited to choose a colour, or a combination of colours, the model you like the most and we craft the dream shoes for your little one. 

This purchase is a great experience, while you will be the designer of your angel’s shoes including even the thread colour and the lining material.

We are happy to assist you regarding sizing, fits, leather types and colours. After the order is made in the webshop, we will contact you within 48 hours (working day) and set an online session to precise the details (online session is a live chat with a member of our team). 

The production time is 12-18 working days. Please note that the delivery time must be added, and do not depend on us.

If the ordered product is defective in quality or damaged during delivery, the seller will repair or replace it free of charge. In case of cancellation, the seller will refund the purchase price of the product by bank transfer within 5-14 days or send it in the form of a coupon that can be redeemed online within 5 days based on the buyer’s decision. Due to a non-production or non-quality defect, cancellation is possible up to 15 days from delivery. Return rights are only valid for products in their original condition (unused) and in their original packaging. 

Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange. 

The seller draws the user’s attention to the fact that all products displayed on the website are individually made by hand, from original vegetable-tanned leather of animal origin, which materials require special care during use. The user is responsible for damage caused by water, rain, environmental effects, or improper use. 

Custom-made products are only exempt from returns if they were damaged during production or have proven quality problems.

Please contact us at info@lourdeskids.com if you want to return your order or exchange it for a different size. The product is returned using a courier service, which we will send to the address you specified, at an agreed time.

We cannot refund the shipping costs of returning the product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once the returned product has been received and examined, we will notify you by e-mail. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined. The refund of the value of the returned goods will take place within 5-14 days from the moment the delivered package has been checked, in accordance with the applicable legislation. We will notify you by e-mail about the acceptance and settlement of the refund. Refunds are only possible for regular priced products. The refund policy cannot be applied to promotional products, except in the case that they were damaged during production or have proven quality problems.

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to appear officially. 

Then contact your bank. Sending a refund often takes some processing time.

Log in using the profile data registered on our site, then you can check the current status of your orders in the ORDERS menu item. We will always send you a confirmation e-mail about the expected arrival of your order. The day before delivery, the courier service will notify you by e-mail of the expected delivery time.

At Lourdes, we do everything we can to ensure that you can have the ordered products in your hands as soon as possible. Within Hungary, if you have chosen delivery to address, in this case the DPD courier service will take your package, in addition to the following delivery fees: 

Within Hungary:

  • In case of payment in advance (bank transfer, bank card payment), there is no delivery fee within the territory of Hungary to FOXPOST parcel lockers. (The offer is valid until withdrawal and we reserve the right to do so.)
  • In case of payment in advance (bank transfer, bank card payment), and delivery to address the fee is HUF 1,490. 
  • HUF 2,490 in case of cash on delivery payment. 

Outside of Hungary:

  • Foreign shipping fees are automatically displayed when setting the shipping destination country.

The delivery time of the products in stock is usually 2-5 working days within Hungary and 4-8 days outside of Hungary, if payment was made by bank card. If you chose bank transfer as the payment method, in this case it takes 2-5 working days from the receipt of the transfer. The day before the delivery, the courier service will notify you by e-mail of the expected delivery time. If the courier failed to deliver the package at the specified time, he will try the delivery again at another time. Please pay special attention to the delivery date, as after two unsuccessful deliveries, we will consider your order as a failed order. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of the new, second delivery.

In order to achieve the finest quality, the products are fully made of leather. 

Cleaning leather and grainy leather: these types are to be cleaned with a smooth sponge and with a soft brush. For more difficult stains and dirt, use a slightly wet cloth or sponge. 

Cleaning suede and nubuck: for dry, general cleaning, use a soft-hair brush, suede sponge, suede eraser, or suede rubber brush. Various gels and foams are available which are specifically developed for the care of suede and nubuck products.

Every little foot is unique, so it is highly recommended to measure your child’s feet exactly before ordering and choose the size based on that. Measure from the big toe to the heel possibly on a straight surface. Based on this, you can easily choose which size would be perfect for your child in the SIZE GUIDE.

Please note, our measurements are the length of the actual insole (sponge area) of the shoes, so the place where the foot will lay in reality.

For quality and production issues the warranty stands for one year provided proper usage of the shoes.

In case of cancellation, the purchase price will be refunded by bank transfer within 5-14 days or at the same price, a coupon will be issued within 5 days based on the buyer’s decision. Cancellation policy applies exclusively for unworn, unharmed products being delivered back to their origin at the exact same state (packaging) as they were received.

For warranty claims, among other things, Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code of Hungary is the provision of the law which is to be followed.
